Had marvellous and delicious breakfasts at reasonable prices. The guest room was nicely furnished and had all that we needed. The venue was in a central location not far from Poça da Dona Beija, other great restaurants and activities and nature. Bar King Burguer was located 10 minutes walk away.

Tbh, had a very relaxing stay with 4 nights here. The hotel had a central location by forest with a blue sky above, enjoyed this place. I found there a lot of restaurants to eat, like Summer Breeze that is only 5 minutes' walk away. The attached restaurant for dinner and the outdoor bar.

Nicely decorated and well-appointed room with terrace, perfect location over a geothermic area providing a thermal experience for those who desire it.

I loved staying at this casual hotel because of the quiet ambience. Booked it for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast had a lot of splendid food and drinks. All of the staff was excellent and fairly friendly. The location was incredible and amazing, just off the garden and pools and Sao Miguel island in the Azores. The place was extremely close to Restaurante Summer Breeze, where you can have dinner. The service was good in my opinion.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, exceptionally nice and incredibly kind staff members except from the the restaurant manager. Great and charming location for visiting bars and restaurants. It also was very close to a greenery and a forest.

This hotel was set in a central area very close to main sightseeing locations as well as the attached high end A Terra restaurant which is the best in Furnas. Ate at A Quinta, it's not very far from the venue. We had the guest room which was decent sized and brand-new with terrace.

The place was clean and stylish, it had amazingly nice and exceptionally kind stuff at the reception desk. I was here for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner. Marvellous and beautiful location right by the restaurant on three occasions and food selection and sizes of the servings, I felt safe. I visited outdoor bar and liked local drinks. The vibe here was quiet.

We had marvellous breakfasts at reasonable prices. The location was marvellous - very close to the attached high end A Terra restaurant which is the best in Furnas, manicured gardens and the nearby Caldeiras as well as Terra Nostra Park and Poça da Dona Beija pools. And it was not too far away from Padaria Gloria Moniz, ate there couple of times.
It had not very nice views, and the bathroom was quite small.

The view was amazing, the service was good. The room was airy with an early, we had a wonderful experience. The food was fab, we had fresh fruit, breads, bacon and cakes for breakfast. The location was magnificent, for example, a botanical garden was just a short walk away from the hotel.

Thank you everyone for a very relaxing stay for one night of our trip. A decent size room with the finishes such as wardrobes, bathroom, which was very spacious, we had everything needed. Its location was stunning, very close to Azores / Portugal, and the caldeiras and the gardens at Terra Nostra. Café Chalet da Tia Merces located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Both my wife and I loved being there. Such beautiful location in the bottom of an extinct volcanic crater. The room was cozy, perfect and had terrace, coffee and closet space. Breakfast staff were absolutely friendly and provided extras requested. The waiter was top!
